The domestic 10.XMW high-speed coupling installation was successful.

On May 15, 2023, the company successfully assembled the 10.XMW high-speed diaphragm coupling with a slip torque of 150KNM, developed for SANY Renewable Energy, at the SANY Renewable Energy factory in Beijing, and it was put into the next phase of operation. This is an important step for the company in achieving the localization of large wind turbine couplings. It is also currently the largest domestically produced coupling with slip torque in China. In September 2022, YunChuan Wind Energy and the customer signed the project development contract and technical agreement, designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and calibrated. The company worked closely with SANY Renewable Energy, overcoming the adverse effects of the pandemic, and achieved acceptance and delivery in just over six months. The assembly was successfully completed on May 25. The company has completed production technical preparations, creating conditions for mass delivery. Innovation is the driving force, and quality is the guarantee. To date, the company has formed a series of products covering slip torque of 180KNM, including 1.5MW, 2.XMW, 3.XMW, 4.XMW, 5.XMW, 6.XMW, 7.XMW, 8.XMW, 9.XMW, and 10.XMW. It can provide customers with customized, complete, reliable, and systematic wind turbine coupling system solutions, better serving domestic and foreign manufacturers.

From September 7–9, 2026, Janne Leinonen and Petri Kaikko from the Finnish team of ABB, a globally renowned electrical equipment company, visited Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YCM") for three days of on-site work. The visit comprised two core tasks: the annual supplier system audit, and the first product acceptance inspection of the AMG 1120 synchronous motor following the resumption of production.

The first batch of 25 units has been shipped directly to India. Following the mass delivery of its 5MW high‑speed coupling, this new major product marks another key milestone in the strategic partnership between the two parties.
