Flender Guest Visited YCM

From August 2nd to 4th, 2023, Ms Yanjing Zhou, Strategic Purchasing Responsible of FLENDER Co., Ltd. China (referred to as FLENDER) and Mr Ji Xue, Supply Chain Quality Engineer, visited Luoyang Yun Chuan Co., Ltd. (referred to as "YCM") to perform a three days’ on-site audit on the company's quality system and manufacturing of welded frames for generator and motors. Ms Li Fushou, General Manager presented customers with a detailed introduction to the company's current business, product portfolio, production capacity, quality management system, etc., especially in the manufacturing standards and processes of welded frames for generator and motor application. She also took a tour in shops along together with guests. Flanders is one of the world's leading manufacturers of power transmission equipments. Through the three days’ systematic audit and on-site observation, Flender guests feedbacked that YCM owns a well-established quality assurance system and has a long experience in manufacturing welded components covering max height of 3900 mm and they are very confident in the next step of cooperation. Meanwhile, some findings are mentioned and the corrective action measures are also proposed for further cooperation. Work together with industrial top players for win-win benefits. Both parties have confidence to the promising future of the coming cooperation.

Seize Opportunity and Run out of YCM’s Acceleration

–Warm congratulations YCM Wind Generator high-speed couplings products delivery 1000 sets 17th June 2023, a truck loaded with the “1000th +” coupling products of YCM departed from our Jing Jin road plant in Luoyang. This is an major event in the development process of YCM Wind Generator high-speed coupling. Looking back at the development process of YCM developing coupling products, we can deeply feel the YCM’s determination and speed to develop coupling products and achieve localization replacement. From 0-1: 2016-2021, lasting for 6 years; From 1-500: January 2021 to December 2022, lasting for 2 years; From 500-1000+: January 2023 to June 2023, lasting for six months. Run out of YCM’s acceleration, improve quality, speed up, and respond quickly to customer's demands, acceleration the localization replacement of coupling products and achieve rapid growth. All company staffs are also greatly encourage by the rapid development of the YCM, and have expressed their willingness to do their job well, pay close attention to product details, ensure product quality and delivery time, and make continuous efforts to achieve better results. Senvion India Guests visit YCM

On June 18, 2023, a delegation of from SENVION India, including Prafulakumar Dhole, senior procurement manager, Saravannan Ramanujam, design leader, and Jane Yang, China procurement Responsible, visited YCM. Ms Li Foushou, GM, along with company executives and technical R&D engineers received guests for in-depth communication. During their stay in the company, guests visited cutting, machining, assembly, testing and other processes of coupling products to understand the entire process of product development and manufacturing, as well as the details of quality control. Through communication, both parties deepened their deep understanding of the coupling product. Clarification and confirm on the technical issues were also done during the meeting. Both parties agree to improve the design and submit to Senvion India design team for confirm. After approval product prototype will be ordered. The coupling business is one of the core businesses of YCM. Currently the company has established a series of products covering 1.5MW, 2. XMW, 3. XMW, 4. XMW, 5. XMW, 6. XMW, 7. XMW, 8. XMW, 9. XMW, and 10. XMW, with a slip torque coverage up to180KNM. We can provide customized, reliable, and systematic solutions for wind coupling to customers home and abroad. The business cooperation between YCM and Senvion India will greatly drive the oversea markets presence of our HSS coupling and achieve rapid and healthy growth globally.

ABB- European Customer Visit YCM

From 22 to 24 May 2023, Finland ABB Supply Chain Manager Vesa Hukki, Finland ABB Category Manager Janne Holopainen & Hannu Paivinen, Estonia ABB SQE Nikolai Voltsihhin, a group of four people take a three-days visit to our company - LUOYANG YUNCHUAN CO., LTD (YCM). During the inspection visit, the customers visited the entire production process of our factories, and the supporting cooperative factories related to ABB products, and they audited the company's quality management system documents, tracked the welding of test piece on the scene and identified the welding results, and instructed the operators on site. The customer spoke highly of our company's quality assurance system and site management, and started the next cooperation project. In 2019, YCM began to establish a partnership with ABB. After more than three years of run-in, YCM has covered most products of ABB factories in Finland and Estonia. Induction motor products can be covered to AMI 900. Synchronous motor products can be covered to AMG1120. At present, water jacket project is being started. By the end of April 2023, YCM has provided ABB a total of 548pcs AMI400, 450 and 500 frames, 48pcs AMI630 and 710 frames, and 10 sets of AMG710 and 1120 frame ends. Through the on-site audit and candid face to face exchanges between both parties, the mutual trust and understanding have been deepened, the business partnership of mutual trust has been consolidated, and a solid foundation has been laid for further expanding the business. YCM also takes this opportunity to continue to promote quality control, to ensure the implementation of product quality standards required by ABB, to continuously and stably provide customers with satisfactory products and services, and to achieve common development of both sides.
