According to the spirit of the document from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security regarding the "Reform and Improvement of the Skill Talent Evaluation System," our company has successfully registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and obtained the qualification of "Vocational Skill Level Certification Institution." In June 2022, we completed the "First Batch of Vocational Skill Level Evaluation and Certification" work. A total of 42 employees participated in the "Vocational Skill Level Certification," resulting in 6 employees at the Technician Level (Level 2), 16 at the Senior Worker Level (Level 3), 17 at the Intermediate Worker Level (Level 4), and 3 at the Junior Worker Level (Level 5). The company will continuously enhance the quality of its employees through a specially established "Skill Talent Training Platform," focusing on the cultivation, selection, evaluation, utilization, motivation, and technical exchange of skill talents, fully leveraging the core role of "skill talents" in the production and operation of the enterprise, and promoting the high-skill and high-quality development of the company.

From September 7–9, 2026, Janne Leinonen and Petri Kaikko from the Finnish team of ABB, a globally renowned electrical equipment company, visited Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YCM") for three days of on-site work.
