The aviation transmission system has been successfully delivered to the customer.

After a year and a half of development, the low-altitude heavy-load aircraft transmission system components developed by the company were successfully delivered to the customer on May 24, for the assembly of two tilt-rotor prototypes with a load capacity of 6 tons. The next step for the company is to continuously improve research and development and testing resources, enrich the aviation transmission chain products, expand the market for low-altitude aircraft transmission systems, and make the aviation transmission system a new business growth point.

The Ender 5.XMW high-speed coupling was successfully delivered today.

         On May 17, 2024, the company passed the on-site audit acceptance for the 5.XMW high-speed couplings developed for Nordex SE and sent them to Germany for installation. This is a key step for the company's wind power couplings to enter the international market.         Nordex SE is a leading wind turbine manufacturer headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, focusing on providing high-output, cost-effective wind turbines ranging from 4 megawatts (MW) to over 6MW for various geographical and climatic conditions, suitable for both mature and emerging markets. As of 2023, the company has installed approximately 50 gigawatts (GW) of wind power generation in over 40 mature markets worldwide. The sales revenue in 2023 was approximately 6.5 billion euros. Nordex SE is one of the world's leading wind power suppliers.         Yun Chuan Wind Energy has been deeply collaborating with Nordex for many years. After two years of effort, the company has completed the design, sample production, and parameter testing of the 5.XMW high-speed coupling, passed the customer on-site audit acceptance, and officially delivered it to the customer, which is worth celebrating. The company's R&D team has worked closely with various functional departments, and through the completion of the R&D delivery of the 5.XMW coupling, it has strengthened the understanding of foreign products, laying a solid foundation for starting the design work of the 6.XMW high-speed coupling, which will greatly promote the internationalization of Yun Chuan Wind Energy's coupling business and achieve rapid and healthy business development.        As one of the core businesses of Yun Chuan Wind Energy, the coupling business has now formed a series of products covering 1.5MW, 2.XMW, 3.XMW, 4.XMW, 5.XMW, 6.XMW, 7.XMW, 8.XMW, 9.XMW, and 15.XMW, with a slip torque covering 180KNM, providing customers with customized, complete, reliable, and systematic wind turbine coupling system solutions to better serve domestic and foreign manufacturers.

ABB guest visits YunChuan Wind Power

  On April 18, 2024, Kari Lollo, Senior Vice President of the Large Electric Motors and Generators Division at ABB's Finland plant (Supply Chain Management), led a procurement team consisting of Director Wang Jianqing, Director Song Yongmei, and Manager Wu Jiawen, to visit YunChuan Wind Energy (YCM) for a one-day visit.        Ms. Li Fushou, General Manager of YunChuan Wind Energy, welcomed the ABB clients with her business, technical, and production departments. During the visit, both parties introduced their respective company information and mutual needs, and engaged in in-depth discussions about issues encountered in previous cooperation.       The ABB guests toured the entire production process and the production site of the factory. The guests gave high praise for our company's on-site 5S management.       The company began its partnership with ABB in 2020 and achieved bulk product delivery in 2021. After more than three years of collaboration, the company now covers the vast majority of products for ABB's Finland and Estonia plants, with induction motor products capable of being produced up to AMI900, and synchronous motor products covering AMG1120. In 2024, new large motor products AMG1600, AMZ900, and AMZ710 were added based on last year's foundation. As of now, a total of 873 units (sets) of ABB products have been delivered.       Through this on-site visit, both parties engaged in candid communication, deepening mutual trust and understanding, and consolidating a long-term business partnership based on mutual trust. The company also took this opportunity to continue promoting quality control throughout the process, ensuring that the product quality standards required by ABB clients are implemented, increasing ABB's business share, and continuously and stably providing satisfactory products and services to clients, achieving mutual development.

ABB European guests visit YunChuan Wind Power

    From March 3 to 5, 2024, Janne Holopainen, Procurement Manager (sourcing manager) and Raine Kuusisto, Surface Treatment Specialist, from ABB's Finland factory, visited YunChuan Wind Energy (YCM) for a three-day visit.     During the visit, the clients toured the entire production process of the factory and the supporting collaboration units related to ABB products. They tracked the welding of their products on-site, assessed the welding results, especially audited the coating quality of the products, and provided operational guidance to the on-site personnel. The guests gave high praise to our company's Warranty system and on-site management.     The company began its partnership with ABB in 2019. After more than three years of adjustment, the company now covers most of the products from ABB's Finland and Estonia factories, with induction motor products being produced up to AMI900 and synchronous motor products covering AMG1120. In 2024, new large base products AMG1600, AMZ900, and AMZ710 will be added based on last year's foundation.     Through this on-site inspection and open communication, mutual trust and understanding between both parties were deepened, solidifying the mutually trusting business partnership and confirming the business plan for the end of 2024. Nordex SE, a German wind power technology company, visited Yun Chuan Wind Energy.

        From February 28 to 29, 2024, Raphael Jureczko, Global Sourcing Manager, and Nina Du, Sourcing Manager from Nordex SE, a German wind power technology company, visited our company. The General Manager, Li Fushou, along with company executives and technical research and development engineers, received the guests.         During their visit, the guests toured the processes of material cutting, machining, assembly, and testing of coupling products, gaining insights into the entire product research and manufacturing process as well as the details of quality control.
