The JP150 - 1615 (150KNM) Alternating Load Fatigue Test Bench Put into Use

Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. （YCM for short）successfully developed and put into use the JP150 - 1615 alternating load fatigue test bench with a torque of 150KNM on July 3, 2025. The company independently developed this test bench in three months.

Developed by the technical team of the company's R&D department, the main parameters of the test bench are:

1. Rated torque: 150kNm.
2. Maximum swing angle: ±7 degrees.
3. Maximum sample length: 1500mm.

The success of this project further improves the company's product R&D testing system, significantly enhances the fatigue test of diaphragm-type high-speed couplings, and covers the fatigue testing of current mainstream coupling products. It ensures the stable reliability of YCM's products to better serve customers.

With the JP150 - 1615 (150KNM) alternating load fatigue test bench put into use, the fatigue testing of coupling products covers serialized products with slipping torques of 180KNM for 1.5MW, 2.XMW, 3.XMW, 4.XMW, 5.XMW, 6.XMW, 7.XMW, 8.XMW, 9.XMW, 10.XMW, and 15.XMW. This stably improves the reliability of coupling products, enabling YCM to better provide customized, complete, reliable, and systematic fan coupling system solutions for domestic and foreign main engine manufacturers.
