Successful Delivery of DEC Wind's 5MW High-Speed Coupling

On September 30, 2025, the 5MW high-speed wind power coupling (model DEW-G5000-200/DQ4519000) developed by Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YCM") for Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DEC Wind ") passed on-site acceptance by the customer and achieved mass shipment today.

YCM won the bid for DEC Wind's 5MW high-speed coupling development project on July 15, 2025. By September 30, 2025—the day before National Day—the company shipped the product. Prioritizing customer needs, YCM completed all tasks including coupling design, part manufacturing, assembly testing, acceptance, and shipment in less than three months, demonstrating its accumulated expertise in coupling business and rapid response capabilities.

Cooperation between YCM and DEC Wind began three years ago. DEC Wind has conducted multiple on-site audits and technical exchanges at YCM), which is now a qualified supplier. Following the earlier delivery of 2 units of 4MW maintenance couplings, the successful development and smooth delivery of the 5MW high-speed coupling is the result of mutual commitment and joint efforts, marking significant progress for deeper future collaboration.

As a "specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative" enterprise focusing on high-speed wind power couplings, YCM will continue to provide high-quality products and services to DEC Wind.
