During the meeting, YCM updated the supply performance, existing problems and solutions between the two sides from 2023 to 2025, and looked forward to fabrication capacity planning for 2026. Both sides expressed confidence in their cooperation. In addition, the company also reported to the customer on the 5S improvement in 2025 and the investment plan for the welding automation project in 2026.
Janne introduced the order execution and supply situation of ABB Finland with YCM in 2025, the demand forecast for induction motors in 2026, and the expectation for probable cost saving. Both sides had an open and honest exchange, discussing the possibility of deepening and expanding cooperation, laying a solid foundation for this year's cooperation.
During the visit, Janne visited the Fuxing factory, Jingji factory and the company's annealing and sandblasting supplier. Janne affirmed the changes in the company's management improvement in the past year, especially the on-site management of the annealing and sandblasting supplier, giving a high evaluation.
ABB Finland is an important customer of the company, with nearly six years of cooperation history and mutual trust. Through this visit by Janne, both sides have deepened their understanding and reached a consensus, which will greatly promote the development of the fabrication business.
