ABB- European Customer Visit YCM

(Summary description)From 22 to 24 May 2023, Finland ABB Supply Chain Manager Vesa Hukki, Finland ABB Category Manager Janne Holopainen & Hannu Paivinen, Estonia ABB SQE Nikolai Voltsihhin, a group of four people take a three-days visit to our company - LUOYANG YUNCHUAN CO., LTD (YCM).

During the inspection visit, the customers visited the entire production process of our factories, and the supporting cooperative factories related to ABB products, and they audited the company's quality management system documents, tracked the welding of test piece on the scene and identified the welding results, and instructed the operators on site. The customer spoke highly of our company's quality assurance system and site management, and started the next cooperation project.

In 2019, YCM began to establish a partnership with ABB. After more than three years of run-in, YCM has covered most products of ABB factories in Finland and Estonia. Induction motor products can be covered to AMI 900. Synchronous motor products can be covered to AMG1120. At present, water jacket project is being started. By the end of April 2023, YCM has provided ABB a total of 548pcs AMI400, 450 and 500 frames, 48pcs AMI630 and 710 frames, and 10 sets of AMG710 and 1120 frame ends.

Through the on-site audit and candid face to face exchanges between both parties, the mutual trust and understanding have been deepened, the business partnership of mutual trust has been consolidated, and a solid foundation has been laid for further expanding the business. YCM also takes this opportunity to continue to promote quality control, to ensure the implementation of product quality standards required by ABB, to continuously and stably provide customers with satisfactory products and services, and to achieve common development of both sides.

Flender Company Guests Visit YCM

From 8 to 10 September 2024, Ms. Yanjing Zhou, Global Business Manager of Flender China , Mr. David Seegers and Ms. Gabrila Mikovic,Global Business Managers, Ms. Darinka Kajganié, purchasing manager of Serbian factory, paid a visit to Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YCM") for a two-day visit and cooperation talks. The company's general manager, Ms. Li Fushou, warmly received them. On the morning of the 9th, the company leaders led customers to visit all the production processes of Flender products, including cutting, welding, machining, spraying and packaging, and Flender guests gave us positive feedback. In the afternoon, the two sides held business talks and technical exchanges at the Yunchuan Wind Energy R & D Center, identifying opportunities for global cooperation. Our head of R & D and production, according to the actual production process of the Flender case, Some suggestions were made regarding heat treatment, dimensions and the fine structure of the product. Secretary Wang Zhi of Xin'an County CPC Committee visited YCM for research and guidance

On September 2, 2024, General Manager Li Fushou of the company received Secretary Wang Zhi and his delegation from Xin'an County CPC committee. Secretary Wang Zhi conducted on-site research at YCM and launched the "Reception Day for Serving Enterprises" activity. Secretary Wang Zhi and his delegation went to the production workshop to have in-depth exchanges with the company's leaders, listened carefully to the development demands of the enterprise, and have a detailed understanding of the enterprise's operation, project construction, technological innovation, product research and development, market prospects, and so on. Aviation transmission systems delivered successful

After one and a half years of research and development, the low-altitude heavy-load aircraft transmission system components were successfully delivered to the customer on May 24 and will be used for the assembly of two tilt-rotor prototypes with a load capacity of 6 ton. In the next step, the company will continue to dedicate R&D and testing resources to enrich aviation transmission chain products, expand the market for low-altitude aircraft transmission systems and build aviation transmission systems into a new business pilar.
