CRRC Shandong Wind Power C12 (10MW) high-speed coupling successfully delivered

On December 17, 2024, the C12 (10MW) coupling passed the on-site approval by engineers of CRRC Shandong Wind Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as CRRC Shandong Wind Power) from December 4 to 7, and was shipped to the customer's factory today. The cooperation between Luoyang Yunchuan Co., Ltd. (referred to as YCM) and CRRC Shandong Wind Power started in September 2022. Yunchuan Wind Energy developed four set s of 4.5MW couplings for CRRC Shandong Wind Power Dahutai project with successful prototype testing. In November 2024, Yunchuan Wind Energy developed 6.25MW coupling for CRRC Shandong Wind Power. And in November 2024, 32 units of 6.25MW were successfully delivered used for its Jinchang project. With continuous cooperation, smooth communication and mutual trust between the two parties, YCM expand the joint work with successful development of C12 (10MW) high-speed coupling in nearly three months and passed customer evaluation and realized delivery. Both parties will continue to cooperate in developing more and more varieties to achieve the goal of deeper strategic cooperation. As a key player of wind power component supply, YCM has developed a series of high-speed coupling products for 1.5MW, 2.XMW, 3.XMW, 4.XMW, 5,XMW, 6.XMW, 7.XMW, 8.XMW, 9.XMW, 10.XMW, and 15MW wind turbines with a slip torque coverage up to 180KNM after nearly 10 years of endeavors. YCM made a brilliant appearance at the Beijing International Wind Power Exhibition

YCM made a brilliant appearance at the Beijing International Wind Power Exhibition On October 16-18, 2024, the 2024 Beijing International Wind Power Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "CWP2024") was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. CWP2024 is not only a barometer of China's wind power industry, but also an important platform for international communication and cooperation in the wind power industry. Luoyang Yun Chuan Co., Ltd. (referred to as YCM) unveiled the first 15MW onshore wind turbine coupling (maximum slip torque of 180KNM) and one 5. XMW coupling (slip torque of 80KNM) for export to Europe at CWP2024. This is the first time that YCM has participated in an international exhibition to showcase the products and services to customers. During the exhibition, there was a constant stream of visitors in front of YCM booth. Many professionals and company clients come to the exhibition booth to exchange technology and learn about new product information. The drivetrain R&D team of Sany visited us and exchanged ideas at the Booth anf they felt happy to recommend YCM couplings to others. The leading domestic wind power companies such as Gold Wind, CRRC, China Windey, Envision,etc came to YCM booth to exchange ideas, explore opportunities for deep cooperation. Moreover, R&D persons and procurement managers from well-known international wind power companies visited the booth. Old friends Nordex, Siemens Gamesa, Adani, and new friend Pioneer Wincon visited us as well which brought opportunities for the company to expand business in both mature markets and emerging markets. YCM monthly delivery of high-speed wind power coupling exceeded 200+ sets, achieving new business development

On September 30, 2024, on the eve of the National Day, in this harvest season of cinnamon fragrance and grain harvest, monthly delivery of Luoyang Yunchuan (hereafter referred to as YCM) high-speed wind power couplings to customers exceeded 200+ sets for the first time, achieving 213 sets of delivery, and presenting a gift to the 75th anniversary of the National Day of our motherland. YCM wind power high-speed coupling business, which lasted 9 years of painstaking research and development and accumulation, ushered in a period of rapid development. More than 3000 sets have been delivered to customers, and the number of customers and the scale of products are constantly expanding.
